If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or one-time purchases handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the applicable storefront.

5. User Content

You remain responsible for the photos and other material you upload.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload that content and that it does not violate law, privacy rights, or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the app. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the service, scraping content, bypassing limits, uploading unlawful material, abusing subscriptions, or using the app in ways that harm other users or our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, software, site content, and related materials are owned by Revamp AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

8. AI-Generated Outputs — Disclaimer

AI-generated redesigns are provided for inspiration and visualization only.

They are not architectural plans, engineering advice, renovation guarantees, or promises about real-world results. Always rely on qualified professionals before making construction, permitting, or purchasing decisions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal or operational risk.

10. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Revamp AI harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, flawless operation, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revamp AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, except where local law prohibits that limitation.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.

Continuing to use the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Revamp AI regarding the app.
