This Privacy Policy explains how Revamp AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and landing site.

This policy exists to satisfy App Store and Google Play requirements and to explain our AI photo-processing practices in plain language.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Photos you voluntarily upload for AI redesign processing. • Device information such as device type, operating system version, and anonymous identifiers. • Usage data such as selected design styles, generation frequency, and in-app interactions. • Subscription status and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled only by Apple App Store or Google Play and are never sent to us.

We do not collect your name, precise location, or email address unless you contact us for support.

3. AI Photo Processing (Google Gemini)

When you submit a photo for redesign, it is transmitted securely over HTTPS for AI processing. Our current third-party provider is Google Gemini.

By using this feature, you understand and agree that:

• Your photo is processed by Google under Google's own privacy terms. • We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. • We do not sell or rent your photos to advertisers or unrelated third parties. • We disclose AI photo processing clearly because it is central to how the product works.

4. Data Retention

We retain data for limited periods only:

• Uploaded photos remain attached to their project as the original “before” reference so you can compare them with generated redesigns. • AI-generated redesigns remain available until you delete them or close your account. • Usage and device analytics may be retained for up to 24 months to improve product quality. • If you request account deletion, associated personal data is deleted within 30 days, unless we must keep it to comply with law.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal data.

We share information only when necessary:

• With Google Gemini to generate AI redesigns. • With Apple or Google for payments, subscriptions, and app distribution. • With analytics vendors in aggregated or anonymized form. • When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and users. • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this policy.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that such data has been collected unintentionally, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe this happened should contact us immediately.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data.

California residents may have rights under the CCPA. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK, or similar jurisdictions may have rights under GDPR-style rules, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any privacy right, email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transmission, access controls, and managed cloud infrastructure.

No system can guarantee absolute security. If a data incident occurs and notification is legally required, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

9. Cookies and Analytics

The mobile app does not rely on advertising cookies. The landing site may collect limited anonymized traffic information such as page views or referral sources to understand product interest.

We do not use this data to build advertising profiles around named individuals.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
